How FAIR are pharma publication data?

چکیده

Sharing research data increases reusability, reduces waste, supports reproducibility and promotes innovation. In medical research, sharing also transparency access to information relevant patient care. While important advancements have been made in by regulators, the pharmaceutical industry academic publishers, several barriers remain. Some of these stem from concerns about privacy safety, but others are related need for confidence sharing, which can be improved through agreed standards systems reuse data, including application FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) principles overarching principle “as open as possible, closed necessary”. Medical writers, who key links between publishing industries, contribute making pharma publication FAIRer. They an role educating path more findable, reusable data.
